I bought my 1983 33 through a broker on Barnegat Bay about 7 years ago, maybe longer. The boat was in decent shape, no obvious defects and no owner perpetrated goofiness. Just needed cleanup, updating and care. Not cosmeticaly exciting. Asking was about $26,000. I offered and paid $19,500, which I felt was dead in the ball park. Now $30,000 in upgrades and improvements later..............
