Helmsman seat mount

On my 94 33.5 the mounting hardware for the helmsman seat has been removed. I have the seat and would like to mount it.
does anyone have picture, descriptions or drawings of the mounting?

I thought that these seat are removable on this model. If it is anything like my HV'36 there are just a couple of spring loaded hooks that hold it in place.
