Helm Courtesy Light

Please, The light at the forward base of my helm ( H376, 1998 ) is not getting power. Light & on/off switch removed and tested and work. The wires from the switch are dark blue and disappear into side of helm (??) Where do they go & how do I get access to them ?? Thanx, Fair Winds..... MRF

I think on mine the courtesy light breaker on the switch panel has to be on in addition to the switch at the helm.

Charlie, Thanx for the reply. I discovered that Cabin Lights 2 had to be on. But, I'm trying to find where the wires go after the helm switch so I can find out why its not getting power?? Fair Winds.... MRF

I have the same feed as Charlie, power from the courtesy light switch runs to two light switches and one light that has a switch on the housing. One of those switches is the cockpit light.
