I Googled "hunter 27 bimini" and got several hits.
Someone here may have done it on an H27.

Couple thoughts . I'm not that familiar with the 27' Hunter . When we built our bimini there were several things to consider. Our backstay limited how far back the bimini could be . The mainsheet limited how far forward it could be . Cheaper units use aluminum tubing as opposed to stainless steel. There are a number of differant fabric choices . The cheapest is vinyl ,followed by "sharkskin " or other industry names . Many consider Sunbrella to be the best . Some folks have a clear window put in so they can see the mainsail's shape and telltales .
Some folks attach solar panels to the top . Some clip pfds ,bluetooth speakers to the underside . Some are held in place by tension straps ,others by rigid poles . I'd suggest considering all the possible ways you might evenutally use your bimini for ,instead of just buying the first or the cheapest one you find

We ordered a bimini for our ‘77 h27 here at SBO 20 years ago, and with a few zipper repairs in the last few years, it is still going strong. The key compromise is that the boom height means the bimini is over the back half of the cockpit, just behind the aft end of the boom. It mounts easily on the stern pulpit. Give the store here a call to find out what they have.

After a couple of years, I designed an added canopy that ties into the front of the bimini, and covers the rest of the cockpit and the cabin up to the mast for cooling shade in port or at anchor as shown here: Hunter 27_75-84 Owner Modifications and Upgrades We shipped our bimini back to SBO, and they implemented the custom design for us.

We are using this set-up at Seaway Marina on Kellys Island right now!

You won't know the cost until you give them the measurements. As to tiny, you give them the measurements you want.

If you want to save a few dollars and know of someone who can sew, checkout Sailrite.com. They sell kits for the frame and kits for the Sunbrella cover. That's where I'm going when it is time to replace mine.

edit-I just noticed the SBO store uses 1" SS tubing and supplies vertical back braces. More cost but worth it IMHO.

IMO, rail mounted biminis are limited in length by the rail it mounts to. You just don't have enough support to come forward so shade is limited.
Mine mounts on the rail in back, and the deck forward. It's cut to encompas the backstay.
