Where can I find "CHART SYMBOLS AND ABBREVIATIONS" APP since the author apparently have not given any clues about it.

I doubt anyone will know what you are talking about. Maybe a little explanation? I did find an app by that name by simply searching for it, but have no way of knowing if this is the app to which you are referring.

Chart symbols & abbreviations there was apparently an app servuced by "SAFE SKIPPER".
It seems that isn't acá anymore. So, im trying to find out if theres another way to obtain
this info in the form of study cards, cheat sheet, ect in order to study, memorize them in order to be quick on my charts handling, ect
If you look up NOAA US Chart # 1 you will find the charts and symbols. it should be easy to make study cards from them yourself. Research shows that moving your fingers to draw or take notes on a subject improves retention and helps learners achieve better results.
The chart or map that you are using will require a list of any symbols used on it. If it doesn't have that it's probably fake. Except for Nigerian treasure maps
