Both units have broken- within a month of the other. 2008 Ben46 . Anyone had this kind of problem? Neither will produce anything other than cool air. Master is on "heat"- thanks for your suggestions.

If it's a simple electric heater, should be easy fix, but if it's a heat pump/AC unit, it might get complicated and expensive real quick.
I have an 08 43 with dual AC/Heat units and have not had any issues like you mentioned. What have you done to troubleshoot so far? Are you getting any fault codes? Do the compressors ice over? Do you have adequate water flow through both units? Are both units set to the same temp? If not the colder unit if satisfied will keep the other unit from running other than the fan. Seems strange that both units are not cooling properly. Unlikely both failed at the same time unless you had a major power surge or lightning strike that would have damaged the control units.
