At the time of survey the previous owner had removed the forward cabin heat pump for repairs, but did not say what the problem was. My only stipulation was that it had to be repaired before closing. So it was. It ran for two days while my wife and I cleaned and settled in. Then the main AC breaker began tripping when the unit tried to deliver heat. I contacted Sea Freeze Marine in Bellingham for repair, then learned they had done the previous repair (replaced the reverse cycle relay). Yesterday David, the owner, arrived and diagnosed a failed compressor. I'll let you know the outcome in about two weeks. Terry
