Heart Interface XAR-12 Manual?

I searched and searched online, but cannot find a manual for my regulator. It's a Heart Interface Smartcharge, model XAR-12, Model number 84-2006-01 (I think!). It's a flat case, bulkhead mount device with a few LED indicators, a couple of adjustment pots, and a connector out the bottom for hte harness. Here's a pic.
