Heart Interface (Xantrex) Freedom 10 temp. sensor

Hello!

I have a Freedom 10 + Link 2000 without battery-temp-sensors on my Hunter 340. Where can I find the connector for the temperature sensors for the battery? I have only a owner manual not a installation guide. Which type of sensor are needed (PT1000)? pins?

It's in the manual, p. 26. "TSC" sensor with RJ-11 connector on the end which plugs into the TSC jack on the Freedom 10 unit.

hello, thanks but it's not in my manual. i have the older model (heart interface) in the black box. are the rj11 on the bottom of the freedom? witch sensor (pt1000? witch pins on the rj11?) i am in europe and it's not easy to get the origial sensor.

The older black models did not have a temp sensor option. The port for the remote control is on the bottom of the unit. On the remote control you can set general ranges to simulate your battery average temperature but, this is not an on-battery temp sensor. The Link series remotes were discontinued many years ago and only the basic remote may be found as new old stock.

Hello!

I found a picture in the manual that shows three connectors at the bottom of the black freedom 10 but no descripion about it. So i thought it's possible to connect a BTS - isn't it? I am 300km away from my boat and can't check it now.
