Just finishing up a headliner

on a fuji ketch and will be doing a cal 33 in the spring, basic hand tools and patience you can do it your self.

One simple way to do it is to epoxy furring strips to the overhead surface and then use 1/8" marine plywood or some other light paneling to close it off. You can even add some insulation between the furring strips to help your boat stay warmer in the winter/cooler in the summer and reduce condensation problems. Add small access doors for deck hardware.
