Headliner removal

In the 2007 45CC there's a soft headliner in the salon. Does anyone know how it is removed to get to cables and such? Someone thought that you get something like a putty knife and gently pry it out of a groove type holder that is affixed to the wall. I'd like to get some advice wheter that is how it's done before I try it. It seems like it could easily get screwed up

Thanks in advance
Ron

That's the basic approach - the tools designed for upholstery are what I use - looks like a stiff putty knife with all smooth rounded edges. You can get a cheap plastic auto trim removal tool and sand the edges so they are rounded, not sharp and that should work fine
