That's what I've used to clean up the plexi windows in my dodger. Unless they're pretty far gone, it does a great job of restoring their clearness.
Clean them first with soap and water (DO NOT USE WINDEX, ETC.) and dry them with a soft cloth. Apply the cleaner with a damp sponge and let come to a haze before wiping off with a terry-like cloth. When that's all done, go back over every window with a good grade of wax. Again, hand apply it and rub it off, then buff by hand.
It has also worked extremely well on my hatches and fixed ports.

Do you mean portlights? If so, the headlight cleaner should work.

Used a Maquire's kit on cloudy acrylic portholes. Took a few minutes; the acrylic was as clear as new.

Pledge furniture polish. Then there are the products from Novus too. It really depends on how bad the are.
Used the cheapest headlight de digger from pep boys worked really well but you need to use the Elena sealer. They seem to fog up again in a year or so but a quick buff seems to bring them back. It's work the effort.

I used PlasticX to clean the clear windows on my Dodger that I thought
I needed to replace but after using plasticX with a buff pad on potable drill
made the windows look like new again.

I did the one set into the starboard side of the hull with the buffer loaded up with Finesse-IT II last year after deciding that I couldn't make it any LESS transparent than it already was, and to my pleasant surprise it's extremely clear now (still has some haze to it, but now it's more like looking through a somewhat dirty window than trying to see into a murky lake). now that I know it really helps, I plan on hitting it again with the Finesse-IT II this year and see if I can improve it anymore still.
