I have the same bowl refilling symptom. Time to get my hands dirty and clear that vent . I'm across the dock from Patrick so I probably have an insect problem too.

Here is my latest update to the head venting issue. I went through all kinds of gyrations to fix the aft head gurgling/refiling issues. What finally fixed it was replacing the entire Jabsco pump assembly. (Kudos to James161 for the tip that the entire new assembly is only a couple bucks more- and a whole lot less work - then the full maintenance kit. Go to Amazon). No sooner than I fixed the aft head, my forward head started the same problems. This time the first thing I did was replace the joker valve and lower gasket (because I had them in my spare parts kit). Both showed lots of wear - especially the joker valve. I also superlubed the inside of the pump tube. This really was an easy and fast project - if you are putting off normal head maintenance, don't. Its not hard at all. 20 minutes. My only suggestion- when taking off the top pump plunger to lube the pump, don't use a pipe wrench - use a box or crescent wrench. The pipe wrench kind of mangled the top making it a little harder to lock the handle in the closed position. Once this was done, the burping, gurgling and refilling stopped.

For me it is easier to replace that easy fit pump unit, than change the joker and gaskets and pump check valve, and piston O-Ring every year.;)

You can eat more fats in you diet for self lubing piston.:cowbell:
Did you change you level sensor?

How did you finally vent your hold tank to empty it? Shhhhh don't answer that.
