We are new to this group and new Beneteau owners and hope to participate on this board.
The 41s5 is a fine vessel however we are less than happy with the ventilation in the forward head. The two small "tubes" under the cowel provide very little air. I am contemplating the addition of a Lewmar low profile hatch with a 8.5" x 8.5" cut out. It will just fit above the door close to the aft bulkhead. The deck above appears flat enough to accomodate the hatch without leaking.
Has any 41s5 owner done this or has anyone seen this done. comments would be very welcome.
