I believe its a bushing that we busted last year. The head sail is made by North sails but I'm not sure of the manufacturer of the head sail rigging. Boat is a 1994 Hunter 29.5. Part was round and grey. Would appreciate any help on replacing this part and how to install on the roller furling drum. Can also reply to my email at brymer13@gmail.com. Many thanks in advance.

A picture would be a good thing for this, both of the busted part and a shot of the furler.

Especially when you can only describe the part as "round and gray" At least the brand of furling unit, then google it and try to match it up to your own.
