I need to replace the non-working Groco HE/HF head on my recently acquired 1985 Catalina 25. I've read most of the forum archives, as well as Peggy the Headmistress' book, and I've narrowed my shopping down to 2 Raritan models: the PHC (because the PH-II looks too large) and the Compact II (although I can't find any forum comments on the Compact II). We are day sailors on an inland lake, lucky to sail twice a week out of a marina, so the head should not have heavy usage. I'm open to suggestions, as I want to do this job right the first time!
