Peggie,
I'm looking for the best way to set up a head on a 25' Lancer currently utilizing a porta potty. There are no factory holding tanks etc. on this boat. I've been thinking of enlarging the holding section of the porta potty to the limits of space allowed and then hooking up a deck pump out fitting and venting the tank. I thought 1/4 in. ply with a good layer of mat and glass inside and out. 6 to 8 gals. or so.
How about location and set up of plumbing? The venting is of particular concern to me. I would assume the pumpout fitting attached at lowest possible point. I'm not figuring on a o/b discharge thru hull, just pump out.
Or is there a better way?
