Toilet is a Jabsco...right?
And you stored it over the winter in the "dry" mode...right?If that's the case, your problem is caused by a distorted flapped valve...replace it and it should bring in water.John, why you and others are happy to spend $60/year to keep a $100 toilet working is a mystery to me, when you can spend about $250 once for a toilet that will provide at least 20 years of reliable service if it's just kept lubricated and rebuilt every 5-6 years for the same $60 you're spending annually. That toilet, btw, is a Raritan PH II...rated the best manual toilet <$500 for more than two decades. Quite a few people have replaced their "disposable" toilets with it and will HIGHLY recommend it.
