SeaLube or SuperLube...
Neither is made by SeaLand...both are available at most boat stores...both are thick teflon grease which properly used (take the toilet apart and slather the innards with it) should last at least a full season, if not two. Neither is something you can just pour down the toilet, so whatever you've been using that's only givng you short-term results, it's not SuperLube or SeaLube. Btw...fall is the best time to lube the toilet. The grease protects the seals and valves from drying out over the winter.
