DAN BROWN

I have Beneteau 285 #66, built Jan 1988. The headliner in the aft cabin has finally let go to such an extent that I had to remove it. After a thorough scraping and vacuuming, there still remains a residue of foam and glue. I would be interested in any tips which would help me clean this area to bare fiberglass or wood. Thanks, Dan Brown

acetone

The liner on my 1993 OC 350 dropped last month. I pulled and cut it out. I then used acetone and rags to melt/remove the residue. I plan to paint it of white, when I get a chance. "have fun...." Marc

"Goof-off"

There is a product called "Goof Off" that I used to remove the glue and old foam dust from a Moorings 38 (First 38s5). Wear a respirator!
