Head and A/C winterization

I tried to winterize the head and A/C but could not get the hoses off.Any suggestions or alternatives?Thank you

Either of the following is a critical boat tool and will make this job easy -hair dryer or heat gun set on low.

In case you need just a LITTLE more instruction

Warming the hoses with a blow dryer (use a heat gun only IF you know what you're doing with one) makes 'em a lot easier to get off.Also makes 'em a lot easier to put back on.

Find the high side of the A/C hose opening and simply pour pink into it to permeate the water within.
