I think i have the answer to projects: for me anyway I have no head just a galvanized bucket) I have no electrical system, gas lamps and battery operated running lights I have no electronics I navigate by dead reconing the way I did 50 years ago Two years ago I had the boat completely reconditioned at a competent yard There is nothing to break nothing to fix. At 77 I want to spend my time sailing not fixing or fiddling with gadgets: Works for me
