Have leak, can't find it

After a hard rain, water collects at base of mast. Installed a mast boot but that didn't fix it. Best guess is that 1) water is entering the mast and flowing down inside (seems unlikely as can get several quarts) or 2) leak is from starboard side but underneath fwd cabinet and flooring (port side is accessible under berth). Strbrd stanchions seem well-bedded (and I presume are just screwed down into the backing plate)and wiring, for forward running lights, enters underneath the rail-- again, doesn't seem plausible/likely. A recurring pain until the rain stiops. Anyone else with similar problem/experience and with fix? Ideas/suggestions welcome.

v36 mast leak

My V32 also leaks I find it is coming down the mast Mine leaks out around the large bolt through the mast at the base plate,I think it comes in around the sheaf at the top and possibly from a hole at the top of the mast. hope this helps you find your leak.Good luck.V32 Prologue1
