I, J, P, and E are the measurements that define the size of the rig. Basically:
  • I is the vertical height of the forestay from the deck to mast attachment
  • J is the distance from the base of the forestay to the front of the mast
  • P is the height from the boom to the top of the mast (or just below the top, where the mainsail should hoist to)
  • E is the length of the boom (or just less, if the mainsail should stop before the end)
More details on those, and the measurements for your boat, at https://www.velasailingsupply.com/sailboat-rig-dimensions-o/

Displacement to length ratio is basically a measure of how heavy the boat is for its length. More on that and the specific formula at https://www.sailmagazine.com/boats/comparing-design-ratios.

Capsize ratio is the boat's beam divided by the cube root of its displacement. In theory it helps compute how likely a boat is to capsize when in broadside waves. Its actual value is a subject of some controversy.
