Bruce, is that one of the hatches that has no frame? I know that Hunter made some boats around that time that had a flat piece of lexan for the hatch and the hinges, latches, and supports were bolted directly to the lexan.. If so, small sheets can be found at hardware stores or ordered on line. It can be easily cut and shaped with normal tools. Hunter may have some but I wouldn't bet on it. I will bet Ross can give ya some hints on how to shape it without scratching the surface.. Another option might be to use the folks who cut Roger Long's window protectors. Search a few weeks back for Roger's posts on the storm covers and he has the site listed.
