I live in the Chicago area and own a 1982 Hunter 25'. I would like to replace the front hatch. From my measurements it seems as if the shape is a trapezoid and the replacement hatches offered on Sailnet.com are square. Any advice for a rookie?
Have you checked the Lewmar and Bowmar (www.pompanette.com) websites. The two companies make a wide selection of hatches. You can also call them and discuss your needs to get help on sizing.
