hatch leaks

My 1991 Hunter 27 leaks terribly at the hatches. Tried new D-gasket - no help. Realized that the acrylic hatches are warped..tried reversing them on the hinges - still leaks. Ready to give up & replace. Has anyone tried Bomar or Hood drop-in replacments, or should I just order new acrylic from Hunter? HELP!

hatches for the 27 Cherubini are discontinued.

Bomar has a trapezoidal one for the front hatch that can be adapted. Check the archives for the model number. they run close to $400. A water poofed sumbrella cover will help with the leaks after rebbeding the base.
