the hatches will have some id on them, in the glass or along the frame. Windows not so easy. Unless you can get them here or from Hunter, most will have to be measured and matched up to what manufacturers make...or custom cut to fit the frames, assuming you can get them out without destroying them. Else they will all be custom.
If you can not find details on the hatch, then measurements of the frame, radius, depth, slope and such will have to be made and then find as close a match as you can. Else you will have to enlarge the hole to the next known size, or patch and fill to the closest size you can find to what you currently have.
On my 42, I had Bomar, which had been bought by Pompanette and they were very helpful in finding out what work best. Even with that, the screw holes were no where close, so I had to fill old ones, and drill new ones.

I have an 85/34 and I am in the process of replacing the lenses in the opening ports (2 sizes) I did not need to replace the frames. I did not replace the gaskets but I am cleaning them thoroughly. Ordering from Sailnet the cost was $360 +- including 5 screens (I already had some usable screens). Changing the lenses is relatively easy, you just need to be careful in removing the securing pins. When I bought the boat the dealer fixed or replaced the fixed windows (ports) and no issues with the hatches (bomar I think). Changing the lenses makes an incredible difference.

You can get a quote from them too as they carry them in stock. There are 9 opening portholes, i.e 6 G512, made by GRAY, +/- 12 ½ X 5 ½ and 3 G414, also GRAY, +/- 14 ½ X 4 ½. (Gray is now in the Bomar / Pompanette line) There are 4 fixed windows but as explained in previous post you're pretty much on your own there. Many posts on the subject so search this site. Finally, there are 4 opening hatches. On my 84 they all are from BOMAR and again this site carries the parts for them.
