Has anyone heard of a watering hole 'The Prop Shop?' It is supposed to be somewhere on Lake Ponchartrain. Claim to fame is that it is only accessable from water. I was told it was on the Tchefuncta River but I don't believe I have seen it.

Does anyone now depth at the bar going into river? Looks like a sailboat with 45' clearance should be able to get there. Anyone been there on a sail boat?

Haven't been there but heard it is a blast,am going to try to make it this summer don't know when but I'm gona get r done .I have a Mac 25 swing keel so I think there will be no problem for me just woried about trees over head.Never been on the Tickfaw river before.I'll probably have to launch in rudock I think i saw a launch out there.Do any off yall know for shoure.
