Harvest Moon Regatta

I know that the Gulf Coast has been hit hard this year, but are any of you still going to make the harvest moon next month. I will be on a corsair F31 named Trillobite.
I have raced in the last two Harvest moon Regatta's and they were a blast, I know that allot of boats have been damaged from Ike, but wondering if some are still planning on racing. The last time I looked at the registration there wer only about 150 boats.

Harvest Moon 2008

I am still planning on participating in a rented Hunter 38. The race committee says the race is still on.

I raced the Harvest Moon after Hurricane Rita. There was a lot of "stuff" in the gulf to dodge and avoid.

Iam sure there will be a few less boats but I have heard a few people who now want to do it because they think they have a better chance of winning.I still plan on raceing. IT will be a fun and much needed party this year. If you dont race atleast come down for the Sat. night party !
