HARD TO FIND ENGINE PART

Hi,I have a universal 5444 engine and lost the cap to the drain on elbow p/n 300932.It's the elbow at the bottom, right hand, front of the engine leading the fresh water coolant from the heat exchanger to the engine block.it's a small cap you can unscrew to drain the coolant and I have been told you can not buy the cap by itself but only the whole elbow for about 70.00.If anyone can help me get this part it would be much apreciated as I would hate to have to spend 70.00 to replace a 1.00 cap.ThanksJules
