Hello Fellow Sailors, Just looking into constructing or having built a hard dodger for my O'Day 37 CC. We have a full cockpit inclosed now with some worn out canvas. Seem's the dodger is always up anyways so why not convert that part to a fixed setup. It would be great to mount equipment inside, boom gallows, handholds, solar panels, windshield wipers! etc, etc Would love some ideas on framing it in, soft windows or hard, aluminum or stainless, fibergalss roof....anything you guys could come up with will help.

Was it CW or Sail?

I subscribe to both and a few(several?) months back there was a "how-to" on that very subject. I think it was CW and you can probably find that article from their web-site(Link below). It was an f/g project as I recall. And not too difficult.

Wavestopper

There is a company called wave stopper that makes a hard, fiberglass bimini that uses soft panels for the side and windshield. Can't recall the URL. found it www.wavestopper.net
