Looks like you are having fun, but be aware that spear fishing regulations require that you be at least 200 yards from any of the Out Islands. I believe is a mile out of New Providence and perhaps some of the other larger populated islands. My wife's cousin used to dive for lobster of the Islands. They used to set up traps under corrugated steel planks in the ocean floor and then dive and reap their harvest. The Bahamian boys preferred fishing and were not to keen on diving so competition was practically nill. He did have a local partner who fronted for the business as required by law. This was 30 years ago and things have changed since them but we sure had some memorable lobster bakes.
