And do not ever, even for a moment, make fun of those who exercise those rights! Especially the protesters...
Without "organizers" and "protesters" in 1776, we would not be exchanging these jolly pleasantries today.

When I enlisted there was a military draft and most men graduating from high school either entered the military service or went to college with a derferrment, many were called to service after college if they hadn't married. I served 6 years of what some have called cold war service. I don't know what is really was but we were there if we were needed for more than what we were doing. Never was I in harms way and never was I concerned about my safety. We didn't have combat capability but we could provide air cover for the boots on the ground.

As I understand it there are 10 soldiers for every one in harms way. America wouldn't be the great country she is today if it weren't for all it's veterans. Harms way or not. Every citizen should get on their knees and say a prayer for all of our veterans. For without all of them, we wouldn't be able to say our prayers with the freedoms we now enjoy.
