That is quite the rig!
Bradley smoker. Brine overnight, 3 hours in the smoker and finish it in the oven.
Last time I tried that we had invited the inlaws. I was disappointed to have no leftover turkey.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Found out this AM my fryer is busted, so for the first time in about 10 years I'm gonna roast the turkey. Maybe I'll do it in the grill 'cause it's a nice day here in socal.

Gosh Ken. If I had known you'd be cooking, I'd have driven the 265miles up to join you. I'll remember your cooking talents for the future. HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Happy Thanksgiving to All! Nothing better for our family than getting together and enjoying our Granddaughter's antics and artwork. It is amazing how wonderful a 5 1/2 year old's painting and printing can look when seen through the eyes of a grandparent!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. We stopped in at Harborage Marina in St Pete to visit with friends. Got invited to a marina potluck lunch. Three turkeys and a ham and sooooo many side dishes that I hurt myself. Lots of strangers there when we arrived but none when we left. Just like every other marina I've been in. Boaters are great people.
