Nice touch. Well, I guess we'll have to rely on the pups for customer service for a while.
On no wait, Bly and Dave will handle it. Besides, it's winter. And it didn't go unnoticed that over half the crew are customer service. That's obvious, especially if something's amiss. It gets fixed. Merry Christmas. And why is Bly the only one with a green cap?

Too sarcastic they say. Yet another job goes to someone else. Well anyway, if it weren't for spending hours on this Forum I would have lost my sanity looking for a job, not that some of the posts are insane. So thank you and have a Merry Christmas, or a Merry whatever your religion says for this time of year, for those of you who want to be politically correct (THAT should start some chatter, maybe) And hooray, some of our troops are coming home, or so says the Rumsfeld. And you know he only speaketh the trutheth.

1. Bly gets to wear the green hat because she runs the place. 2. Dave is not, as they say, heavy with child. He's been with us about two weeks following a 5 year stint as asst mgr at the West Marine store on Mercer. We're darned pleased to have him. Dave knows his stuff and besides that, is hysterically funny. 3. The beard, I'm sad to say, is not a fake. I guess I should have re-touched it. 4. We're hiring another customer service position now and a third in about a month so everyone will be up to speed before Spring. In fact, I suspect they'll be teaching us a thing or two. I've worked with Karisa every day for more than five years and Sara for alomost two. They're not only hard to replace, I'm to going to _miss_ them.
