Hanging Locker

Have a B 37 (2014). Has anyone taken the
V-berth "vanity" out in favor of a "hanging
locker"? Boat in Annapolis. Concerns about
whether it can be build to look original?

I have a 37 also, though haven't thought of doing that will be interested in seeing how it turns out if you go ahead with the project. I would think half the battle is finding the same finish on the plywood.

On Rte 50, go south on Whithall Road about 100 yards. on the right is a wood supply, the kind where they cut the tree into boards or whatever, cut to finished size. They have MANY types of wood in all sizes. I bought teak scraps and boards there. If you have a piece of what you're taking out (the door?) he can help find something you can use. Most prices on on a big chalkboard in the front office. It's probably listed in the Port Book.

thks for info on "hanging locker", the vanity just seems like
a big waste of space & we're cruising some.
