Has anyone hung a hammock on an Oday 25? Would you hang it from the forestay to the mast, the back stay to the mast? Has anyone used one of those new "AIRCHAIRS"? these look like they would be comfortable, but I am not sure where I could hang it. Could the boom carry the weight of a person in the 180 pound range? Reposing Aboard

Ed - First, I would not hand the Airchair from the center of the boom but if your boat is equipped with a topping lift you should be able to hang from the end of the boom safely, so long as your lines and tackle are sound. Obviously there are issues with the pulpit and assorted interference. I would not run the hamock from your stays. The rigging was not desinged to that much lateral loading. People do it. I don't What I would do is run the hamock from the gooseneck to the end of the boom. Make sure that topping lift is sound. Pull the travler off to one side and make the mainsheet fast.
