We have a mooring in Cozy Hbr on the west side of southport (which is on the west side of Boothbay harbor) and thought it would be right to offer it to any who were looking for a short term berth if we happened to be off for a few days. 207-633-4268 is our phone number. Cann't say we'll be off very often but we also have tug moorings- 14000# with a steel ball (things go bang in the night and it probably not the centerboard!) but give us a call!

We met Jon and Cindy in Rockport Harbor.
And had a pleasant visit aboard their Challenger Muskrat. Really nice boat, Jon has done some great restoration on it. I got a few shots of them, here's a good one. They picked a perfect night to spend in south facing Rockport harbor, a north wind blew. We would have stayed longer but one of our dogs kept nipping Jon. No blood though. Thanks Jon.

Tommy never got me but we had a chuckle the next morning when I took the grill off the rail and the plastic cap that goes on the threads of the propane bottle was well chewed! It was certainly fun to have 2 boats together with crews and look forward to next year when we hope to see more of us at one time. It is fun to see the subtle differences in layout, etc. between the various finishers of the hulls.
