Handicap on a 28

[28 Racer]

I race a 1989 Hunter 28. My local club gives me a PHRF base of 186. They give Precision 28's a base of 195. Does this seem right?

PHRF for 28 Hunter

I have a 1989 28, and some papers dated 1992, which I inherited with the boat, specify a PHRF of 176.

Lake Ontario PHRF is 180

PHRF-LO rates the Hunter 28 wk at 180. They do not have a rating for the Precision.
