The desired "grab bar" (to give it a term) is not one I have seen premanufactured and ready to install.
You could make it yourself if you have the tools to bend stainless tubing. Or you could have it fabricated by a metal shop. A bent grab bar could be attached using clamp on fittings much like one sees on bimini frames or have a welder atache it to the existing (small) hand hold. The challenge I see is the strength of the structure would be in pulling against it. If you were standing behind the wheel and grabbing it would provide very little resistance (like grabbing the end of a fulcrum and pushing it up or down with no weight on the end).
LOTS OF DIFFERENT DESIGNS.
They often go all the way to the deck andd have braces to stabilize the grab bar.
