I have the same ones and purchased them from Catalina Yachts. They are a little expensive, but are very well made and come with all the mounting hardware needed. I tried to find the invoice and part number but was unable. If you call the Catalina Parts Department and tell them you are looking for the Tailbags that you see delivered on their new boats, they will know which ones you are talking about.
