Can anyone direct me to a place where I can find replacement masthead halyard sheaves? They are OD 2', hole size 3/8", thick/width 7/32".

Replacement Sheaves
Garhauer is a good source for general sheaves. Not sure what type of boat you have, but most of the major companies will also sell them directly or through an affiliate (i.e., catalinadirect for catalina). I just recently purchase BB sheaves for my Catalina from Garhauer and was very happy with them.

Local Hardware
I have bought blocks (pulleys) from the local hardware and used the sheeves. They appear to be made of brass.
