I had a bad kink in one of my shrouds (port upper) on my 35 and this is the first year in 3 years that I've had the mast unstepped so I wanted to replce it. Local marine stores that claim they do rigging didn't have the right fittings. I called Hall rigging in Bristol Rhode Island. They said I could send it to them or bring it in. I asked if I brought it in would they do it while I wait? They said most likely. Today I took a day off from work, drove to Bristol. Got there at 8:30 I was greeted warmly, and within an hour I had two new upper shrouds completed for my boat. That is what I cal a benchmark in customer service!!!! And the price was fair!!! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing rigging work , I'm sure the spar folks are just as good since it is the same management team. Thank you Hall Rigging. Dave
