Brian and Steph, Did you all publish a list of Necessary equipment? My wife and I are in the early planning stages of a trip to the Bahamas. Let us all now what equipment you were glad you had, the equipment that was imperative and the the stuff that just made it more comfortable. We will be heading over in a 25 Oday. Thanks in advance. Brian and Steph... I am crushed...

Darn it, I stopped by your booth and didn't even put one and one together. I could've asked Brian in person. I spent about 15 minutes at the booth going over the rig. Sometimes my 41 years really shows it's ugly face. Anyway, I would still love to read an inventory / stores list of your adventure. Like I said in the earlier post we are in the infancy stage of planning a hop over, in a similar sized boat. Anyhelp would be appreciated. Best Regards, and sorry I missed you two. Hey Ross

Hey there, I am glad to read that you are planning this trip on a Oday 25. Our plan is to drive the boat down to Florida one fall leave it at a friend and sail aroundand maybe over to th eBahamas during the winter... All this in?, yes, an Oday 25. Have you done or are you planning on doing modifications to your Oday? As for Steph and Brian: well I must have read the "cuising in a 25.5" series of 8 posts a douzen times by now; here in Toronto it is gettin' pretty grey, pretty grim and pretty cold, send some sunshine with episode #9 please !! regards, a.

Is that...

Cooper Island Beach Club @ Manchioneel bay? If so, what do I win? If it was, that was pretty much the view I had when I was calling my real estate agent to learn that my house had sold in 6 days, needless to say the pain killers flowed pretty good after that news. Regards. Bruce.

ConchyJoe?

And the name of the boat at the dock on Manchioneel Bay is "September Morn". Remember...you are never far from somebody's sight! What do I win?

Well

Well, this is all swell and nice, but the topic of this tread was a question about Steph's equipment, euh, Steph and Brian's equipment and if it was published ... I mean how they use their equipment on empty pocket. No, No, I mean what equipment they use while on empty pocket and what makes it more confortable... That is not better... Oh, I give up, forget it,I am picking my brain up from the gutter and going back to bed. Freezin' in Toronto. a.

Paul, That is pretty good.

I gave away everything at the show though, so I have nothing, but to put a smile on your face. Cooper has THE BEST wrap sandwiches ever. It is a lunch have to do. It is also amazing if you wanted to just get away and not be found, the rooms there can be had for a little over $100 a night at times. So where am in the next picture of me and MY lovely bride? Alain, Je suis désolé à ce sujet. We do have a tendency to get off the subject around here.

In answer to Ross' original question:

Ross, if you'd read their articles, A to Z, Brian and Steph did a very good job of describing what's worked for them. Hard to ask them to do a separate list, since they spent the time writing the whole danged story. Make your own list, geez. Sorry for the rant, but it's just so obvious. OTOH, thanks for bringing them up again, doncha just love the pictures? :)

Thanks Brian, will do...

Greetings again, Thanks for the number, expect a call. Sorry that we didn't meet at Strictly Sail. I could have picked your brain there. As far as reading the entire posting, I have, many times, and appreciate every word and thoroughly appreciate every picture. Have a great day and thanks in advance. Attention

Bob...I think that might not be a smudge...after several minutes of staring intently at it...I don't think it is smudged at all. ;) Steph...I will gladly send you you a t-shirt, in exchange of a pic of you wearing it, for my website! (Besides...Bob needs a good pic for ConchyJoe...I have promised him some soon...(Although, by now...soon is impossible!)) ;D Thanks to both of you for the posts of your trip! We are planning to make the trip either next tear, or 2008...depending on the refit and other influences...in our Venture 2-24. We will trailer her to St.Aug, leave the truck at mom's, and head down the ICW. But first, I gotta fix the boat! *cry Skip
