H49 oven range hood fan replacemment

Hi again, another issue we have is the fan blades on the range hood have cracked and rub on the body of the fan. I've searched everywhere for a replacement or a fix. I've tried epoxying over the years. had anyone found a replacement or a fix?

Dumb question but is there a name, model or part number on the fan housing or the impeller itself?

I was looking at Amazon. They have quite a few replacement exhaust fan blades. Some are aluminum, some are plastic and some have a set screw for attaching them to the motor shaft. Check and see if there is one with the correct diameter. Good luck.
