I have just purchased a 2001 H380. At some point in it's life , the saloon table was removed and a smaller one was installed. I'd like to go back to the original, which we have.

I have the table and the storage box, but no brackets or anything else....how is the table supported? Is it attached to the mast??? How does it lower to convert to a bed? A few pictures of your oem table brackets would be very appreciated....

You need to release the old table first and lift it out.

Then put in the new Table and adjust the height to fit your needs.
Either table or bed.

Send us some pictures of what you have. Table, brackets, mast column etc. They are all “pretty much “ the same.
Except earlier models (1990’s) some of those had a pulley system with its own halyard which really made raising and lowering the table easy.
On my 2000 340, it doesn’t have the pulley, so it is all by hand and that table gets quite heavy.
I’ll be at my boat this weekend and will get some pictures.
Your pictures will help though.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Here are the photos of the underside of the Settee Table on my 340. How I lift and lower it is by sitting at the table, resting it on my lap, then pulling the pin out, the slowly lowering it into the bed position.
Not at all the easiest of things to do on the boat, it’s quite heavy.
Hope these photos help you in your design plan.
