Anyone have a suggestion for replacing the original interior window frames? (photo attached) The current ones are warped and cracked pretty bad. Just checking options before I go down the pathway of manufacturing.

It was pretty common back in the day for boat builders to use off the shelf glazing products for fixed ports, nothing marine grade about them. Take a look at CR Laurence for vinyl glazing trim and glass shower enclosure trim. You might find something that will work. It will come in a roll and you will need to cut the pieces and glue them together to make the frame.

Thanks Dave. There's definitely a lot of profiles on that site. Have to get creative to make them work, seems like the recesses are mostly wrong direction. May still lean towards milling my own from hardwood. Not perfect around windows in the cold north but with proper finish might provide a more appealing visual.

I have considered filling those areas, glassing and then installing opening port lights. Anyone here done that?
