Do you have to remove the sink to change out the faucet?

No

You don't have to remove the sink. There is an access panel under the forward side of the sink cabinet under the salon back seat cushion. Just remove the cushion and you can get to the panel, remove it and the nuts on the existing faucet can be removed. A single lever faucet fits the existing hole in the corian.
