Heating ducts for 82 H36

Am in process of upgrading my defunct ESPAR 3DL with a 5DL. The existing heating duct is 4 in. line from heater in stbd side of aft cockpit locker, under stbd qtr berth, exiting at one discharge vent at the base of the companion way ladder. I want to take advantage of the greater heating capacity of the 5DL and install discharge vents along the stbd side of the cabin under the salon table, in the head and in the v-berth. My problem is how to route the ducts, particularly where to penetrate the bulkhead between the head and the main salon (chain plates appear to interfere with the most suitable path). It also appears problematic in penetrating the bulkhead separating the nav station from the stbd settee/table area. I recognize that your boat is the newer Hunter and mine is the old Cherubini design but would be interested in hearing of any suggestions or advice regarding putting 3 or 4 in. dia holes through bulkheads that provide structural support. Thanks, Mike s/v Charisma 82 H36

Routing

Air conditioner is under the aft portion of tne starboard couch. One duct runs along starboard side and then up inside the aft cabin cloest and points over berth. Other duct runs foward on starboard side to a box in the fore cabin closet. A large vent directs air into the main cabin. A third vent from box into aft cabin. This seem to heat and cool as good as home except for the head.
